Dr Catherine KoCatherine graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2010. She worked in multiple hospitals in Perth and Sydney, completing diplomas in women's and children's health before specialising in general practice. After 5 years of living in Switzerland, she is keen to return to work in her hometown. Her special interests are antenatal care, women's health (including Implanon and Mirena insertion) and preventative care. Catherine can also speak German. | |

Dr Shin Ying LeeDr Shin Ying Lee graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2013, UK. She moved to New Zealand in 2014 to join her husband and started a family together. Dr Lee has two young children, both attending primary school. She is originally from Malaysia but is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Hokkien. She enjoys spending time with her family, particularly walking in the parks. Playing the piano is a calming and relaxing activity for her.
Dr Lee believes in the importance of great communication and patient-centred care in a GP practice. She emphasises the significance of partnering with patients in their own care as a crucial pillar of person-centred care. This approach focuses on building a strong relationship between patients and clinicians, acknowledging that trust, mutual respect, and knowledge-sharing contribute to the best health outcomes.

Dr Eugenie Nicolandis,Podiatrist/Podiatric SurgeonBHSc (Podiatry), MHSc(Podiatry), DClinPod (Foot Surgery)Eugenie completed her Bachelor of Podiatry in New Zealand in 2004 and worked as a locum before moving to Brisbane where she was the Coordinator of Podiatry at Princess Alexandra Hospital for three years where her main focus was working in a Multidisciplinary High-Risk Foot Clinic. She returned to Perth and continued her training with an emphasis on autoimmune diseases and diabetic wound care (feet) and sports medicine. She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and a Masters in Health Science. In 2017 she completed her Doctorate of Clinical Podiatry which allows her to help more people with acute or chronic foot issues, guiding them with an informed decision prior to having any surgery to their feet. Eugenie is very passionate about foot health and encourages patients to continue physical activity whilst having a chronic condition. She also enjoys presenting at community and hospital events to create better awareness of better foot health. She continues in private practice and has held senior hospital podiatry positions throughout her career. | |
Tania Balfas,Dietitian (APD) BSc (Nutrition), Post Grad Dip (Diet)Tania is an accredited practising dietitian and a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She completed her Bachelors in Nutrition and Postgraduate degree in Dietetics at Curtin University. She has experience with various conditions and is passionate about assisting people to achieve their health goals. Her areas of interest include diabetes, weight management, heart health, irritable bowel syndrome, osteoporosis, malnutrition, paediatric nutrition and healthy eating for all age groups. She provides one-on-one counselling to clients whilst taking into consideration their personal situations (lifestyle, family needs) and preferences to provide them with advice that is achievable. Tania provides her clients with that is evidence-based and is most up-to-date with the current research. |
